Day 168

“There once was a girl who found herself dead.
She peered over the ledge of heaven
and saw that back on earth
her sister missed her too much,
was way too sad,
so she crossed some paths
that would not have crossed,
took some moments in her hand
shook them up
and spilled them like dice
over the living world.

If you’ve lost someone you love, or know someone who has, I’m sure you’ve been told, or told someone that their loved one is still with them. It’s not just something to say, at some level, we know that they really are there. We know that we can still communicate with them. I have felt my dad’s presence on several occasions since his passing, and I often feel like his spirit is with me, guiding me, helping me navigate my journey.

About a year and a half after his passing, I spoke with a medium who channeled my father’s spirit, and now that I think about the message I received that day, it seems apparent that his message led me to where I am today without me even realizing that I had implemented his advice.

I’ve had other serendipitous experiences that I believe were messages from the Divine as well. In fact, I believe that each of us has the ability to communicate with the Divine using our thoughts and feelings. We can receive the messages we need to guide us and help us on our paths, we just have to have open our minds and allow the message to be received.

The Tenth Insight, from the first sequel to the Celestine Prophecy, The Tenth Insight: Holding the Vision, is about breaking free from the illusions of this world through a higher sense of knowing, and remembering our purpose, led by synchronicity.

The Tenth Insight: Life in Heaven – Guiding Us On Earth

“Consciously receiving the greater help from those in the afterlife.

The Tenth Insight is the realization that throughout history, human beings have been unconsciously struggling to implement this “lived” spirituality on Earth. Each of us comes here on assignment, and as we pull this understanding into consciousness, we can remember a fuller birth vision of what we wanted to accomplish with our lives. Furthermore, we can remember a common world vision of how we will all work together to create a new spiritual culture. We know that our challenge is to hold this vision with intention and prayer everyday.

At this level of expanded consciousness, we become clearly aware of the life and death cycle of humanity. The Afterlife becomes, not an abstract idea, but a real place with real activities. As this rapid spiritualization continues, the veil between Earth and Heaven begins to part, and we rise to sense and feel those in the afterlife with a new reality. According to polls, the most frequently mentioned spiritual experience is that of having contact with a recently departed loved one. Usually, they want to convey that they’re fine, but just as often they are trying to help us in some way. They are active in our lives on Earth. Our Insight is that departed friends and loved ones are close to us, sending us messages, reminders and uplifting us into our missions.

Before we are born, we have a vision of this mission. When we get here, it goes unconscious as we are being educated. Then, as we move through the stages of life, it comes back into awareness. First, as attractions and amazing Synchronicities that are trying to wake us up. Followed by a full-blown, inspiring goal. With this Insight, we are making the higher meaning of life more conscious and self-evident while leading more people to catch the vision, and thus accelerate both their lives and the progress of the world.”

Like my dad said about the generation gap, with this insight, we realize that we are all the same – we are all spiritual beings, some of us are have just chosen to come here for the physical experience.
