There’s been so much activity around here because of what happened yesterday that I haven’t been able to write for the last few days. I’ve had so many thoughts that I wanted to share, but every time I tried to write, I froze and couldn’t put my thoughts into coherent words.

I’ve been bombarded with signs, messages, thoughts and experiences about perseverance this week. I know I’m attracting them with my thoughts – I keep thinking that I need to share a message, no, tell you emphatically, scream from the roof tops, DON’T GIVE UP! Don’t give up on your dreams, your desires, your hopes, your vision of the life you want to live, the things you want to accomplish, the person you want to be.

Let me tell you something you already know. Life can be shitty, no doubt about it. We all have days, or periods in our lives that suck. No two ways about it. Sometimes, it feels so bad that you can’t even begin to see the positive.

Things happen that seem like insurmountable obstacles in your path to achieving your goals. Those are precisely the times that you need to dig deeper than you knew you could and find the fight in you.

You know that feeling? The one that gets your adrenaline pumping, your heart beat racing, you get fire in your eyes and you have all the determination in the world, your teeth clench, your breathing is fast and furious and you feel like you have the strength to run through a brick wall and not even notice it was there. That feeling. That fight. The one that mamma bear gets when protecting her young. The feeling that you get that makes you want to say “Bring It On, Motherfucker, Bring It On!” Find that feeling. It’s there in all of us. Let it feed your determination, let it fuel your drive and dampen your fear, let it propel you to the success you desire.

Let it infuse your soul until you want to scream from the rooftops to tell the world about your greatness, about your special gifts – because you are special, you are unique, you are original. There has never been anyone like you before, and there will never be anyone like you again.

You. Cannot. Be. Replaced.

You have a gift to share with the world, and even if you don’t know what it is yet, it’s there, inside, waiting to come out. You just need to believe in yourself, believe in your dreams, believe in your ability to achieve anything you want. Don’t let the setbacks stop you. You can achieve anything you set your mind to.
