“Love one another and help others to rise to the higher levels, simply by pouring out love. Love is infectious and the greatest healing energy.”
– Sai Baba
I mentioned a Hawaiian healing system called Ho’oponopono on Day 21, but I didn’t get into details on how to practice it. It’s a simple process that can have extraordinary results like Dr. Hew Len, who was able to heal hundreds of patients, and shut down an entire psychiatric ward through this practice.
Today’s positivity manifestation tool simply involves the use of 4 simple, yet powerful sentences:
I love you. I’m sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you.
Step One – Love: I Love You.
Say I love you to your challenges, issues, feelings, pain, injury, ailments, or to whatever you want to heal. Say it to your surroundings, to the air, to the Universe. Make sure you say it with feeling – really mean it, and feel the love.
Step Two – Repentance: I’m sorry.
You are the creator of everything in your consciousness, even the things that seem to be external to you, and therefore, you responsible for everything that crosses your path. Until you accept responsibility for the external happenings around you that are seemingly unrelated to you, it will be easier to practice healing the things that you do believe you are responsible for; the things that you want to change in your own life.
Say I’m sorry. That’s it. It might be helpful to put it into a full sentence like this: “I realize that I am responsible for the (issue) in my life and I feel terrible remorse that something in my consciousness has created this.”
Step Three – Ask Forgiveness: Please forgive me.
Say Please forgive me. It doesn’t matter who you say it to. You don’t have to say it to anyone or anything, just ask for forgiveness. Again, make sure you say it with feeling – really mean it, and feel it. Focus on your remorse from step two as you ask to be forgiven.
Step Four – Gratitude: Thank You.
Say Thank you. Like step three, it doesn’t matter who or what you’re thanking. Thank your challenges and issues for showing up so you can heal them, thank your pain for letting you know what’s going on, thank your body for all it does, thank yourself for being you, thank God, thank the Universe. Just keep saying thank you.
This simple practice can help you release the things that have you stuck instead of making progress towards your goals. Make it fun, make it a game. Try it on your plants, try it on little things that happen throughout your day. Try it for 40 days. But try it. Let the healing begin!
Thank you, thank you, thank you!
