Farewell, Louise

“There has never been a time when you and I have not existed, nor will there be a time when we will cease to exist.”

— Lord Krishna, Bhagavad Gita

Louise HayLouise Hay, one of the people I revered most in this world, returned to her eternal heavenly abode today.

Louise inspired millions with her writings and positive affirmations, me included. But, she did so much more than inspire me.

She was a real-life example of so many of the things I write about. She was living proof that no matter where you begin, no matter what your life has been like up until this point, no matter what has happened to you, you have the power to be, do, or have anything you desire.

When my life wasn’t going the way I wanted it to, Louise gave me the hope, and the courage to believe that I could change it. And that hope led to achieving many of the things that I am so grateful for today.

Most of all, Louise gave me the tools I needed to love myself, right now, just as I am.

I think, of the many, that’s the greatest gift Louise gave the world – showing us how to love ourselves, unconditionally.

Thank you Louise, for all the love and light you brought to the world. Rest In Peace. You will be missed.

All Is Well In My World

Let’s continue to honor Louise’s life everyday by remembering to be kind to ourselves, to love ourselves – flaws and all, and by sharing our own unique greatness with the world.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!
