Six in One

Day 9

Last week, when I began this journey, I decided to focus on trying to manifest my top ten desires this year. Six of them have been realized with today’s manifestation.

I am writing this post at 9:30am, so that you know these were my thoughts before today’s Powerball lottery drawing, which takes place tonight, about 12 hours from now.

For the last few days, I’ve had it in my mind that this is it, this is my jackpot. I have been visualizing winning the lottery for a couple of years now, but never with any consistency or real belief that I had received. There were the few times when I really got into the zone, and felt it in my bones, to the point that I was crying tears of joy, with a real feeling of having won. But, alas, I never won anything more than a few bucks. I have my own numbers for Powerball and Mega Millions that I play fairly often. And I have a goal number that I visualize winning: $512,347,000.12. Net. After taxes. Why that number? I don’t know. I know that being specific helps the universe respond to your desire. I didn’t want an amount that could be spent easily, or so much that I couldn’t possibly believe it could ever be real. A little over half a billion was my sweet spot. And I think the twelve cents really helps me keep it real!

This time, I haven’t tried to visualize the win or anything like that. I noticed the jackpot was pretty big on Wednesday, and I asked a friend to pick up a ticket for me. Now, I have a rule that I have to buy and pay for my own lottery tickets, so I sort of knew I wasn’t going to win that night. And no-one else did either. So, my mind starts racing. The jackpot was already over $500M on Wednesday. The jackpot would have to be $837,168,300.85 for me to take home my net amount. That’s never going to happen. I always thought I’d have to win a couple of times to reach my goal.

The law of attraction says that you only need to focus on feeling like you have your desire, it’s the universe’s job to figure out the how.

Even though I know that, I still wondered how I could manifest such a big lottery win. How could the lottery jackpot ever get to over $800M?? Now here we are, the jackpot is $800M!!! Coincidence? No. Luck? No. Conscious Creation? Hells ya!!!

My desire has manifested!!  It has finally come. As soon as I saw what the jackpot was worth, I knew it was mine. The jackpot has grown to what I believed was an impossible amount. Now my conscious mind has no resistance to the idea of winning, because it is possible to take home my magic number.

How did I manifest it? Well, aside from a couple of years of visualization with real feeling at times, I believe that all the focused positive energy, genuine gratitude and excitement that I’ve been putting out in this public way for the last 9 days has made my vibrational energy sore to the point of receiving my desires very quickly. Remember my living situation? I didn’t get upset about it, or enter a state of lack, and feel desperate to find a place to stay. Instead, I remained positive, confident, and thankful for everything I already have, in full faith that the universe would find a solution. I kept my mind in a positive state of abundance. And, in case you missed it from my posts for the last 8 days, I’m really passionate about what I’ve been doing.

The universe is sending me signs to let me know my desire is on it’s way. I woke up at 6am this morning, and started to work on my blog. I have to write my ‘about me’ page, and I’m having some serious writer’s block on it. Who am I? What do I want to present to the world? What is my story? I started researching what makes a good ‘about me’ page. I knew I wasn’t going to find the answer online about who I am, so I started looking through my own writings. Purely (not so) coincidently, I come across a book I’m in the middle of writing, but haven’t worked on in a while. I started reading through it, and got to a chapter where I described when I won the lottery – this was one of my visualization methods; I haven’t won the jackpot before now. As I’m reading it, I started bawling my eyes out, and getting so excited because I feel like I have already won. This. Is. A. Sign. I have a feeling of certainty that this jackpot is mine. I know, know, know it!
