Day 93
“Plant seeds of happiness, hope, success, and love; it will all come back to you in abundance. This is the law of nature.”
― Steve Maraboli
I had a conversation about Moksha today. It’s a Hindu concept, similar to Nirvana where once you achieve enlightenment, you no longer have to take birth anymore. Your cycle of reincarnation is complete, and your spirit merges with the Creator in a state of bliss. I don’t believe in this concept, I believe our greater selves are already enlightened, and our spirits are already one with the Creator.
We are perfection by definition, and you can’t attain something that is already the very fiber of your existence.
I believe that once we take form as physical beings, we forget our greatness by design, so that we can rediscover it through experience. So, maybe the recipe for Moksha or Perfect Bliss is simply to listen to our inner voice, believe in ourselves, pursue our passions, follow our dreams, show kindness and gratitude for everything we have, and to love everyone.
By allowing our best selves to take center stage in everything we do, we awaken to our greater selves. That is the state of bliss.
Here’s the recipe, step-by-step:
Step 1: Dream. Invest in Yourself. Never give up. Know that you have everything it takes to make your desires a reality. When you move towards your goals, the Universe moves mountains to make them happen.
Step 2: Be kind. Your small act will set off a chain reaction that has the potential to touch every soul on this planet and beyond, with immeasurable impact. Your kindness will continue to come back to you in everything you experience.
Step 3: Love. Love with everything you’ve got. It knows no bounds and by the Law of Nature, no matter how much of it you give, it will continue to multiply and come back to you in infinite abundance.
Thank you, thank you, thank you!
