Full Circle

Day 261

“If you have much, give your wealth; if you have little, give your heart.”

– Unknown

Everything we do has a ripple effect, especially when we show a kindness to another, we attract that same kindness back to ourselves. I came across this touching video that illustrates just how far-reaching a small act of kindness can be:

“The spirit in which a thing is given determines that in which the debt is acknowledged; it’s the intention, not the face-value of the gift, that’s weighed. ” – Seneca in Letters to Lucilius

“We make a living by what we get, we make a life by what we give.” – Sir Winston Churchill

“No person was ever honored for what he received, but for what he gave.” – Calvin Coolidge

“You cannot give from an empty basket.” – Anonymous

“If there is any great secret of success in life, it lies in the ability to put yourself in the other person’s place and to see things from his point of view – as well as your own.” – Henry Ford

“There is no wealth but life.” – John Ruskin

“Nothing is more powerful than an individual acting out of his conscience, thus helping to bring the collective conscience to life.” – Norman Cousins

“You will find as you look back upon your life that the moments when you have truly lived are the moments when you have done things in the spirit of love.” – Henry Drummond

“The future must be seen in terms of what a person can do to contribute something, to make something better, to make it go where he believes with all his being it ought to go.” – Frederick R. Kappel

Don’t miss any opportunities you are given to pay-it-forward; they are truly a gift from the Universe – to you!

Thank you, thank you, thank you!
