We often say things to ourselves that we wouldn’t say to anyone else; and certainly not to a child.
I’ve written many posts about being kind to others, and about loving yourself, but sometimes we forget to be kind to ourselves, and continue with habitual negative self-talk that’s more damaging than anything anyone else could possibly say or do to us.
Today’s post is a reminder to practice loving yourself. It’s so important to practice, I mean really practice to love ourselves because we’re not good at it.
