As I’ve written, too many times to count, when we think, feel and believe that we have received our desire, it will manifest. That’s the Law of Attraction in a nutshell.
I’m sure you’ve heard the phrase fake it ’till you make it. In her famous Ted Talk, Your Body Language Shapes Who You Are, social psychologist Amy Cuddy expands on this idea, and offers a simple, free, low-tech life hack that can make a huge difference in how you feel about yourself; the subconscious messages you are giving yourself; and the energetic vibration that you are sending out to the Universe.
Cuddy has proof that if you assume a “power pose” for just two minutes a day, it will change your life. This small exercise will help you feel more confident, and that will attract the right people and situations into your life to help you reach your goals. Small tweaks can bring about big changes.
