A New Sound

Day 209

“We speak about losing our minds as if it is a bad thing. I say, lose your mind. Do it purposefully. Find out who you really are beyond your thoughts and beliefs. Lose your mind, find your soul.”

– Vironika Tugaleva

The best thing you can strive to be is yourself. Your real self, not the one that you’re “supposed” to be, not the one that you deem “socially acceptable”, or the one that you’ve been conditioned to believe you want to be. I’m referring to your spirit, your soul, your seat of consciousness beneath all of that – the uninhibited, limitless Divine You where you know the truth of Who You Really Are.

I listened to this interview with Bruce Lipton today, where he talks about the power of positive thinking. He says that there’s a missing piece to using the power of positivity to change your life. Lipton explains that when you’re focused on positive thoughts, you’re using your conscious mind, but it’s your subconscious mind that’s running the show. He likens the subconscious mind to a “tape player” that simply plays back the “programs” that we picked up from others in our formative years. He asserts that unless the conscious and subconscious minds have the same programs and agreement, positive thinking will not work.

Has my whole Positivity 365 Project been a waste of time. Was it all for not?

Thankfully not. There’s a way to get your conscious and subconscious mind in synch so that the undesirable beliefs you acquired during your development no longer limit you; a way to stop playing the old tracks and record a new sound.

Whew.

Most of us are not even aware of our unconscious behavior patterns, but by becoming aware of them, we can clear the old programs and reprogram the positive thoughts and beliefs that we want to “run the show” by using EFT Tapping.

I’m going to spend the next several days talking about some of the universal programs we’ve all acquired that we may not even be aware of in a series I’m calling Lose Your Mind, Find Your Soul. Once you are conscious of these limiting beliefs, you can reprogram your subconscious with new beliefs that serve you better.

Are you ready to lose your mind? I am!

Thank you, thank you, thank you!
